Lakehead Light Horse Association Open Horse Show

Sunday, September 25th, 2011 Clean, neat show attire required hat or helmet and boots with heels are mandatory Youth are not allowed to handle stallions Leadline is open to all youth but cannot enter any other riding class Same horse/rider combination entering Walk/Trot class cannot enter any class requiring a lope/ canter NO martingales or training devices allowed in classes Horses age 6 and over MUST be shown in a shank bit in all Western classes ONE-HANDED with the exception of Green Horse classes There may be patterns for all equitation and horsemanship classes. Patterns will be available for Western Riding and Reining classes. There will be a strict 2 minute gate policy, unless requested prior to show Pre-entries are due Thursday, September 22nd, 2011. Any late entries will be assessed a $10 late fee. Fees are not due until the day of the show. Stakes classes are $20 entry fee and can be entered day of show. Payouts for rst to third determined by number of entries. 100% payback, must have minimum of 3 entries to run class.
