Movie Review:The Last Song

Amelias aspect portrayed The literary discovers


the definition of literary. The dramatic and cinematic aspects were poor didnt satisfy me. Significance of the title: The Last Song Ronnie plays on the piano is the last song her father, Steve listens to before he passes away.

Ronnie rediscovers her love for music because of her father.

Literary
Story: 17 year old rebellious teen spends summer vacation with father to discover a love relationship and family illness. Characters: Rebellious teen girl, divorced parents, preppy rich boy, and goths.

Ronnie builds her relationship with her father after discovering he has cancer,

Director: Julie Ann Robinson Camera Angles: Concentrated on one subject at a time. Lighting Source: Sun, Darkness, house lighting.

Cinematic (cont) Music Performed by: Miley Cyrus, Maroon 5, Snow Patrol, and One Republic Sound effects: Not to many sound effects, there was a lot of music played throughout the movie.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars Recommends: Teenage girls who are interested in summer romances. As well as teens who experience family separations.
