The scientific method as used in an abstract to dissect a problem to determine a solution.

About three to four weeks ago i received my first tattoo. I had this tattoo done on my back and it is quite large. A few days after i had my tattoo done it began to itch uncontrollably just like the tattoo artist had advised me it would. I gave him a call along with my aunt who works at a hospital, my mother, and my other friends who have had tattoos to question how to stop or solve the itch. All of them told me basically the same thing and that was to use a Jergens brand of lotion that was hypoallergenic, nonscented lotion. I purchased a bottle from the drugstore and followed the directions on the bottle which instructed me to apply to area of skin two to three times a day. However, the tattoo still itched and the lotion had little effect on this itch. Also the lotion was very cold which made the process even more unpleasant. Thus, i have come to the conclusion that there is no way on earth to fix the itch of a tattoo.
