BUZZWORDS' Language Point adverbs and adjectives

Remember - adjectives describe nouns I saw a small dog. He likes hot Indian food. adverbs go with verbs - and tell you how, when where, why etc. She walked quickly. I came early. adverbs also go with adjectives I saw an extremely small dog. He likes incredibly hot Indian food.
Some adverbs and adjectives have the same form Be careful with:Its a fast car. He drives fast. This is hard work. She worked hard. The Romans built straight roads. They went straight to places. Is this the right way to do this? You did that right.
