Scope
The committee shall have full authority to consider all and any
concerned issues impacting their health, safety and work
environment.
Authority
The decision of the authority shall be binding on the
management and be enforced promptly. The committee shall have to
consult the factory management and issues requiring capital
investment and infrastructure changes.

Meetings
The Committee shall meet at least once in a month to discuss
related issues however any extra ordinary issues may justify meeting
at earlier intervals.
Minutes
Full and complete minutes of the meeting shall be recorded
and kept preserved.
Communication of decisions
The committee shall communicate all pertinent decisions of
the factory management for onward action and shall actively
participate in the process of implementation measures of healthy and
safety fullest extent in co ordination with factory management.

Meetings

Receipt and Disposable Of Complaints
The complaints received shall be properly documented and
thoroughly discussed in the immediate ensuring meeting. The
method of resolution of complaints shall also be fully documented.
All unsolved issues that be kept recoded with adequate description of
the limitation of non resolution and almost earnest efforts shall be
executed to have such issues resolved at the earliest.
Communication of Decisions
The committee shall communicate all pertinent decisions of the
factory management for onwards action shall actively participate and
encourage all the workers to participate of implementing the
recommendation of the committee to the fullest extent in co-
ordination with the factory management.
The Honourable Supreme Court Verdict
The Supreme Court has passed a judgement against sexual
harassment on women at workplace in WP No: 666-70 1992 Dated
13-8-1997.
CANTEEN COMMITTEE
Scope

the canteen and to be consulted from time to time as to
• Functioning of the canteen
• The quality and quantity of the food stuffs to be served in the canteen
• The arrangement of menus and times of meals in the Canteen.

WORKER’S COMMMITTEE
Objective of committee.
The workers for their benefits supported by the management
formed the workers committee. Here workers are given full liberty to
select their leaders. They have been given freedom to join
organisation of their choice for their collective bargaining.
