.

Dear Sir,
On behalf of team members, let me say thousands thanks to you and committee members. We are

very proud that our paper will be published soon. In order to complete the process, please, find the

attachment file of revised file. In that revision, I’ve answered all questions. Thanks for your

correction. And if there is no more question or step, please let me know the uncorrected proof

version and we will do one more checking on it or if it still has a confusing part, we are

welcoming for your question and information.

Once more, thank you very much for your attention.

Author answers regarding editor question on manuscript:

Decomposition of CCI4 and CHCI3 on Gliding Are Plasma

Antonius Indarto, Jae-Wook Choi, Hwaung Lee, and Hyung Keun Song

1. Some important current references are missed in the manuscript, for example,
Foglein et al.(2003) (PLASMA CHEMISTRY AND PLASMA PROCESSING
23 (4): 651-664); Khaleel and Dellinger(2002) (ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE
& TECHNOLOGY 36 (7): 1620-1624); Kim et al. (1998) (ANALYST 123 (4):
607-610); etc.
Answer:
Thank you very much about your comment regarding references. Actually, I have
also found many current references regarding CCl4 and CHCl3 decomposition
conversion. The thing that we put here is the references that match or close to our
experiment and comparison. In case of your references that you have proposed,
we are saying thank you for that and we put it in the references.

2. There are quite a lot of grammatical problems.

Answer:
Thank you very much for this comment on our writing paper. In the revised
manuscript, we tried to change and improve it. Hopefully, it will match with your
requirement.

3. Figures may be reduced or combined. Figures 4-7 are all concerned with the
effect of applied input power frequency. Two curves in Figure 2 can be plotted
on the one panel.
Answer:
Thank you once more to the editor. We have changed it and those pictures have
been put in the revised manuscript.
