    It is hereby decreed with the standing of necessity that the General Post Master Council for The United States of America Confederation Union, by unanimous decision, has delivered the Document known as the Kings Bench, Queens Bench, and Declaration of Trust from The New Yerushalayim to its destination beyond the flaming swords through the blood of Yahshua as requested by the Grantors. By unanimous decision, the document that was delivered is irrevocable and unassailable in the Law of Nature. It is reported by the General Post Master Council that anyone that attacks or claims in violence shall null and void the claim as it is written in the Declaration of Trust. The General Post Master Council remains in honor by this final decree, and
