    ABSTRACT

    The common man is aware of BSNL, a giant public sector undertaking in India, doing business in the telecommunication industry. But it will be astonishing to note that it has a very large education and training power through its well knit Telecom Training Centers. The question is whether these training centers are fully utilized now and justify the investments made; one has to honestly accept, it is not so. This article justifies the importance of diversification of BSNL for higher education area.
