Type of Memo Writing: Formal Memo Writing To: Dr. Janie Liew Heng Mei From: Ferdinand Joseph Galais Date: February 7, 2011 Subject: First Individual Assignment, Self Analysis I dont think there is much words to describe myself because for me, Im just a simple guy living in a complicated world. The first word that I think would best exemplify myself is sensitive. Im a kind of person who are easily get hurt by peoples words even though I know that they are not intend to do so. Im also somehow a shy guy. I realized this characteristic since my childhood because Im not very close with anyone else, although with my own cousins. Luckily, this kind of temperament started to disappear from myself as I grown up. Today, I can feel that Ive become friendlier and Im more confident to make more friends. This kind of positive habitude makes me easy to talk and express my feeling to peoples around me. Other than that, I do think that I am an honest and trustworthy person. Ill feel guilty and not happy when I cant carry out the responsibility that people had entrusted on me. However, as a normal person, I do have other negative attitude. I like to procrastinate time until Ive always ended with messy work. Besides that, the worst behavior that lives in me is my hot temper behavior. This kind of temperament caused me to misunderstand people for many times. In short, I admit that I do have some positive attitude that helped me to preserve my relationship with others and on the other hand, I realize that those negative behavior in me need to be controlled.
