The Department of Arabic, University of Kerala shall be organizing a threeday International Seminar from 16th , 17th & 18th February 2012 at University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram on "THE LANGUAGE, PHILOSOPHY AND TEACHINGS OF HADITH". The scholars from India and abroad are invited to interact, exchange ideas and present erudite papers. List of suggested seminar areas is attached herewith. It is proposed to present 50 papers on different areas. Every paper will be given 30 minutes for presentation with the help of audiovisual facilities. Technical assistance shall be provided (if needed). Each presentation shall be followed by an open discussion (20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion). All the papers presented will be published later by the Department. You are kindly requested to send us your confirmation to attend the seminar along with an abstract of your paper by e-mail on or before 30th November 2011, and complete paper by e-mail on or before 30th December 2011.
