‫نبذة مختصرة عن شركة االخاء‬

‫تؤسست شركة االخاء العامة عام ‪ 1982‬وبدأت االنتاج الفعلً فً عام ‪ 1984‬اقٌمت الشركة على‬
‫أرض مساحتها (‪ )24‬كم‪ 2‬وٌتبع للشركة مجمع سكنً متكامل ألسكان العاملٌن فً الشركة عدد وحداته‬
‫السكنٌة (‪ )2800‬وحدة سكنٌة‪.‬عدد منتسبً الشركة حالٌا (‪ )3565‬منتسب‪ .‬وهً متخصصة فً‬
‫التصنٌع العسكري الثقٌل (تصنٌع المدفعٌة المتوسطة و الثقٌلة والمنظومات البصرٌة الخاصة بها)‪ .‬فً‬
‫عام ‪ 2004‬تحول ارتباطها الى وزارة الصناعة والمعادن واصبح التوجه فً صناعتها نحو االنتاج‬
‫المدنً وحسب حاجة السوق المحلٌة فباشرت فً تصنٌع المواد االحتٌاطٌة لمعامل السمنت العراقٌة‬
‫ووحدات تصفٌة المٌاه سعة (‪)2000100050‬م‪/3‬ساعة والخزانات ومرشحات تصفٌة المٌاه بأنواعها ‪0‬‬
‫مواد احتٌاطٌة لمحطات تولٌد الكهرباء‪ .‬المٌكروسكوبات لالستخدامات المختبرٌة‪ .‬اضافة الى تأهٌل‬
‫الخطوط االنتاجٌة للمعامل‪.‬‬

‫بعد حصول الشركة على تموٌل ضمن الخطط االستثمارٌة لالعوام ‪ 2011-2008‬اصبحت الشركة‬
‫قادرة على تصنٌع منتجات نمطٌة مدنٌة بطاقات انتاجٌة تتناسب مع متطلبات السوق المحلٌة و من اهم‬
‫هذه المنتجات اسطوانات ؼاز الطبخ و اجزائها االحتٌاطٌة ‪ 0‬نقل الطاقة الكهربائٌة ذات الجهد العالً‬
‫أعمدة نقل الطاقة الكهربائٌة ذات الجهد الواطئ و أعمدة انارة الشوارع‪ 0‬االنابٌب و المقاطع المعدنٌة‪0‬‬
‫روالت احزمة النقل المختلفة‪ 0‬انتاج الؽازات وهً ؼاز ثانً اوكسد الكاربون المسال الؽذائً‬
‫(‪ Co2 (99,99‬و ؼاز االوكسجٌن (‪ )%99,9‬و ؼاز النتروجٌن (‪ .)% 99,6‬كذلك تمتلك الشركة‬
‫ضمن التصمٌم االساسً مكائن و معدات فً مختلؾ العملٌات المٌكانٌكٌة مثل‪( :‬الخراطة و التفرٌز و‬
‫التثقٌب) الكالسٌكٌة والمبرمجة ‪ 0‬التجلٌخ السطحً واالسطوانً‪ 0‬الثقب العمٌق‪ 0‬المعامالت الحرارٌة‬
‫والسطحٌة‪ 0‬اللحام بأنواعه ‪ 0‬ماكنة جامعة للؾ الصفائح المعدنٌة لؽاٌة سمك ‪ 86‬ملم‪ 0‬انتاج العدسات‬
‫والمرشحات الضوئٌة و المواشٌر‪.‬‬
‫بعد عام ‪ 2004‬أصبحت الشركة من الشركات ذات السمعة الجٌدة فً مجال تأهٌل معامل السمنت و‬
‫االسمدة وتنصٌب المصانع الكاملة و الخطوط االنتاجٌة و تأهٌل محطات تنقٌة المٌاه الصناعٌة و تأهٌل‬
‫محطات مٌاه الشرب‪ .‬وقد انجزت الشركة تأهٌل عدد من معامل السمنت فً العراق وبطرٌقة التنفٌذ‬
‫المباشرة وبمواصفات عالمٌة‪.‬‬
‫تمتلك الشركة خدمات عامة متكاملة من شبكة طرق معبدة داخل و خارج الشركة و خطوط اتصال‬
‫خارجٌة حدٌثة و خدمات تخص االنتاج و العاملٌن‪.‬‬
‫لؽرض تعزٌز استقرارٌة االنتاج فً الشركة فقد تم نصب محطة تولٌد طاقة كهربائٌة بطاقة ‪MW 15‬‬
‫خاصة بالشركة فقط‪.‬‬

Company in Brief

Al-ikhaa general company was founded in 1982 and began with actual
production in 1984, The company constructed on area of 24 km2 ,
followed to it complete housing complex for the company employees.
Number of housing units are (2800). Number of current company
employees are 3565. it was specialized in heavy military manufacturing
(manufacturing of Medium and heavy caliber artillery and its related
optical parts). In 2004 linked to Ministry of Industry and Minerals (MIM)
then its manufacturing trend became toward civil production according to
domestic markets needs. Starting production of spare parts for the Iraqi
cement plants ,water purification units with capacity (50,100 ,200
m3/hour), and its filters with different types, spare parts for electricity
power stations . microscopes for the lab usage. As well as production
lines qualification for cement and fertilizers production plants.

After the company got fund for years 2008-2011 it became able to
produce civil regular products with capacities proportion local markets
needs. among these products are cooking gas cylinders and its related
spare parts, high and lower tension electric power transmission towers
and road illumination poles, metal pipes and tubes, various kind of metal
conveyer rollers, production of Gases such as alimentary liquid carbon
dioxide Co2 (99.99 %) and O2 (99.9%) and N2(99.6%). The company
have in its basic design machines and equipments for various
mechanical operations like classical and CNC (turning, milling and
drilling), surface and cylindrical grinding, deep drilling, surface and heat
treatments, welding with its all types, universal rolling machine for roll
metal plates with thickness of 86 mm. production of lenses, optical filters
and prisms.

After 2004 the company become one of the good reputation companies
in the fields of rehabilitation of Iraqi cement plants, fertilizers plants,
installation of complete plants and production lines and qualification of
industrial water purification units and potable water purification units.
The company accomplished rehabilitation of many Iraqi cement plants
by direct implementation with international specifications.

The company have integrated infrastructure such as interior and exterior

paved road network , modern communication lines and utilities for
employees and production.

In order to support company production stability, the company installed

an electricity power station with capacity of 15 MW dedicated to it only.

‫ابراج نقل الطاقة الكهربائٌة (‪ kv )400 0 132 033‬و أعمدة نقل الطاقة الكهربائٌة ذات‬
‫الجهد الواطئ‪.‬‬

‫وزارة التربٌة ‪ :‬تصنٌع مٌكروسكوبات أحادٌة و ثنائٌة الرأس ومطٌاؾ‪.‬‬

‫وزارة البلدٌات‪ :‬تصنٌع محطات تصفٌة مٌاه الشرب بسعة (‪ 50‬و ‪ 100‬و ‪ )200‬م‪/ 3‬‬

‫محافظة االنبار ‪ :‬بناء ‪ 200‬وحدة سكنٌة متكاملة حسب المواصفات العالمٌة‪.‬‬

‫دخلت الشركة خالل عام ‪ 2011‬مرحلة تطور جدٌدة لتعزٌز االتجاه المدنً فً التصنٌع‬
‫تمثل بإقامة المشارٌع التالٌة‪:‬‬
‫مشروع إنتاج البرامٌل و الحاوٌات الفارغة‬
‫انتاج البرامٌل و الحاوٌات الفارغة بطاقة ‪ 648,000‬سنوٌا و التً تستخدم لحفظ المواد الغذائٌة‪ .‬من‬
‫المإمل انجاز المشروع نهاٌة عام ‪.2012‬‬
‫مشروع الكرافٌت‬

‫مصنع مستقل فً أبنٌته و خدماته كافة مخطط له انتاج االقطاب الكرافٌتٌة المختلفة‬
‫ألفران الصهر‪ .‬المادة االولٌة للمشروع هً الفحم النفطً المتوفرة فً العراق‪ .‬المشروع‬
‫تحت االنشاء و ٌحتاج الى استثمار لغرض تكملته و وضعه فً العمل‪ .‬االقطاب الكرافٌتٌة‬
‫الممكن انتاجها تتراوح أقطارها من (‪ )500-100‬ملم‪.‬‬

‫مشروع خط غلونة االبراج و الهٌاكل الحدٌدٌة‬

‫غلونة ابراج الطاقة الكهربائٌة والهٌاكل الحدٌدٌة بطاقة (‪150‬طن‪ٌ/‬وم)‪ٌ .‬خدم المشروع خط انتاج‬
‫االبراج والهٌاكل الحدٌدٌة الموجود فً الشركة اضافة الى ماٌرد من خارج الشركة‪.‬‬

 New Projects

In 2011 the company entered new development phase to support the

civil production trend with the following projects:

Barrels and empty containers production project

Production of barrels and empty containers with capacity of 648,000

annually which used to keep the alimentary material. Hopping to be
finished at the end of 2012.

Graphite project
A separate factory with all its buildings and utilities. Planned to produce
various kinds of graphite electrodes for foundries. The raw material of
the project is the oil coal available in Iraq. The project under construction
and it needs an investment to be completed and come into work. The
diameters of graphite electrodes planned to be produced average from
(100-500) mm.

Galvanization of towers and steel structures

Galvanization of electricity transmission towers and steel structures with

capacity (150 Ton/Day. The project will serve the line production of
power towers and steel structures existed in the company as well as
what coming from outside the company.

‫تعنى الشركة بالرقابة النوعٌة والفحص الهندسً و جودة المنتج ابتداءا من وصول المواد الى‬
‫الشركة ودخولها االنتاج وفحص العملٌات االنتاجٌة والمنتج النهائً واصدار شهادة القبول ‪ٌ 0‬تم‬
‫ذلك من خالل مختبرات الفحص الهندسً الموزعة على كافة مراحل االنتاج‪ 0‬وتقسم الفحوصات‬
‫الى‪ :‬الفحوصات االتالفٌة والفحوصات الال اتالفٌة ومنها فحوصات كٌمٌاوٌة وفٌزٌاوٌة تتداخل‬
‫بٌن االتالفً و الال اتالفً و مثال ذلك فحص اسطوانات ؼاز الطبخ عند اكتمال انتاجها‬
‫باستخدام الضؽط الهٌدروستاتٌكً أوال بالفحص الال اتالفً تحت ضؽط (‪ )43‬بار و تفحص‬
‫عٌنات عشوائٌة منها فحصا اتالفٌا تحت ضؽط (‪ )201‬بار‪.‬‬

Quality control and engineering inspection
The company care about Quality control and engineering inspection
starting from materials entering to company and its entering to
production, inspection of parts of products processes, final product
and issuing of acceptance certification. This achieved by variety of
engineering inspection labs distributed throughout the production
phases. The inspection sorted into : Nondestructive and destructive,
and there are inspections which interfered among : destructive and
Nondestructive , for example, the inspection of cooking gas cylinders
when it is a finished product by hydrostatic pressure , it firstly
inspected nondestructively under pressure of (34) bar, then inspection
of random samples of them destructively under pressure of (102) bar.

The laboratories are:

1- mechanical lab: includes
a) Measuring of tension, yield, elongation .
b) Measuring of impact.
c) Measuring of hardness kinds (HB, HV and HRC)
2- Metals analysis lab : inspection and determine chemical and raw material
type by modern mobile and fixed instruments (on site) .
3- painting lab: inspection of un-removability, elasticity and impact resistance
of paint.
4- Inspection of welding defects and metals defects: inspect defect by the
following instruments:
a) Eddy Current defects inspection instrument.
b) X-ray for detect welding defects inspection instrument.
5- Inspection of systems durability to hydrostatic pressure within the ranges of (5-
1500) bars.

pressure to ensure the water quality of the product and after passing this
stage, successfully dealing with chemical substances, especially to

then pigmentation. And create sedimentation basins and accessories as
the design and then assemble the equipment ready-made pumps and
electricity board and others, according to the drawing design of the
station and marketed to the beneficiaries as the water purification
integrated station.
