GREEK OMELETTE

Ingredients 1 medium egg egg substitute - approx 2 eggs (112 grams) 1/4 cup onions 1/4 cup tomatoes 1/4 cup mushrooms 1/ 4 cup olives 1/4 cup spinach Method Of Cooking aSpray pan with cooking spray. aPut in onions,tomatoes and mushrooms. Cook until translucent. aPut in spinach leaves and cook until wilted. aTake out of the pan and put on a plate aCook eggs until set aPut in the cooked spinach, onions, tomatoes,mushrooms and olives aFold omelette in half.

PANEER TIKKA AND PINEAPPLE SANDWICH


Ingredients Butter - 4 tsp Green chutney (thick) - 4 tbsp Sandwich bread - 8 slices Tomato & onion kuchumber salad - 4 tbsp Paneer Tikka, sliced - 200 grams Pineapple Slices, drained - 4 slices Method Of Cooking a Spread softened butter & green chutney on one side of all bread slices. a Mix sliced paneer tikka with kuchumber salad, divide equally & arrange this filler on half the bread slices. a Top it with the Del Monte Pineapple Slice and cover with remaining buttered slices of bread. a Cut into triangles & serve immediately.

WAFFLES
Ingredients: 2 cups sifted flour 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 eggs, separated 1and 1/2 cups milk 5 tablespoons melted shortening Method Of Cooking a Mix and sieve dry ingredients. Combine beaten egg yolks, milk and shortening; add to dry ingredients, beating until smooth. a Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour batter into each section of a hot waffle iron. a Cook waffles until crispy and browned. a Serve with maple syrup or honey
