Quiche Lorraine Ingredients: Filo dough/ pie crust 4 eggs 10 fl oz cream bacon salt pepper grated cheese Preparation: 1. Place the pie crust/ filo dough in a pie plate 2. Poke the bottom and sides with a fork to prevent puffing during baking 3. Put in the oven for 10 mins

4. Break eggs into a bowl and beat them 5. Add the cream and bacon and mix well 6. Add salt and pepper to taste 7. Pour this mix into the baked pie crust 8. Bake at 220 degrees celsius for 20 mins 9. Remove it from the oven 10. Sprinkle grated cheese over it 11.
