ORDER SCHEDULING STATUS CONFERENCE

AND REQUIRING CERTAIN ACTIONS

AND NOW, this 24th day of October, 2008, it is ORDERED that on or before November

7, 2008, the trustee appointed to the Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 case, or counsel for Debtor(s) in a

Chapter 11 case, shall file a status report.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that the status report shall provide the following information:

(a) date the case was filed;

(b) what action has been taken to move the case to conclusion;

(c) when a disclosure statement and/or plan will be filed if it is a reorganization case (i.e.,
Chapter 11, or 13);

(d) what actions are needed in the case;

(e) whether any litigation is contemplated;

(f) what, if any, motions or adversary actions have been filed but not set for hearing or have
been heard on a final basis but as to which no order has been entered;

(g) whether all business reports and operating reports are current and, if not, when they will be
brought current;

(h) whether all administrative expenses are being paid and, if not, why not;

(i) if a plan has been confirmed or if the case is a chapter 7, when the case will be in a posture
to be closed.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for the Debtor(s), or the trustee, shall appear at

a status conference hearing on November 21, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. in the Bankruptcy Division of the

District Court of the Virgin Islands to provide an oral report with respect to the above items.
