    Updating X204n, X203n Firmware The instructions for updating firmware using the FUU are listed below.

    The latest firmware versions for the X20x are as follows: RIP firmware LM1.MT.P217 Engine firmware AM.MT.E205 Scanner firmware AM0.MT.S008b 1) Download the self-extracting X20x.zip Firmware Update Utility to the host PC 2) Double-click on the X20x.P217.E205.S008b.exe. The file will self-extract and run automatically. 3) Read through the License Agreement, select I Agree , and then click Next. 4) The utility will prompt to select the connection type. Select USB or Network . If Network, input the IP address. 5) The utility will then post the current firmware and ask update to the latest firmware. Click YES. 6) The utility status bar will continue to run until the firmware is updated. WARNING: DO NOT TURN THE PRINTER OFF until the update is comple te. 7) When the firmware is updated, the utility will post Firmware Update Complete. Click Ok.
