ABSTRACT

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd. (IBREL) is one of the largest real estate company in India with development projects spread across high-end office and commercial complexes, premium residential developments, mega townships, retail spaces, hotel and resorts, state of the art special economic zones and infrastructure development. Currently, IBREL has many on-going projects in major super-metros and each project bears a stamp of thoughtful solutions and highest quality. Also, it has a good amount of land holding for future development. The success or failure of an organization is largely dependent on the caliber of the people working therein. Without positive and creative contributions from people, organizations cannot progress and prosper. In order to achieve the goals or the activities of an organization, the right recruitment process help in creating overall efficiency, cost reduction, on time delivery with reference to external customer. Every organization has a different unique style as well as time as an when and whom to recruit. The purpose of this project is to do an analytical study of recruitment and selection process at IBREL.
