T'gellen der Auslander, This is to notify you of action to be taken at the Ladies Event meeting.

Your recent conduct and words have been brought forth to the Servants of the Mountain Confederation by several members of the Household for their careful consideration and review. At this time, we find it right to present you with those accusations against you, and will present the full matter to the Household for discussion and decision of the status of your membership within the Household of the Mountain Confederation. According to our articles, which you gave great assistance to update in 2010, the following points have been brought up against you: Our Second Covenant, being "To conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the Honor of The Mountain Confederation. And under Article V, "If a member of The Mountain Confederation conducts himself in a manner that is detrimental to another member or to the household as a whole, the Servants will review the situation and any proofs that validate the claim." Your matter of divorce with Ellesbeth, a fellow member of the Household, is personal matter and should have been kept as such, especially where it concerned mundane legal issues. Bringing the involvement of a legal party into the physical Home of the Confederation at our annual event, has been seen by several members of the household to be not only inappropriate, but an attempt to humiliate/shame a fellow household member. This alone had brought complaints of your conduct before the Servants. And then there is the additional, very serious matter of your public messages on the Confed Listserve: (8/17/2011 @ 10:02AM) TJ: "Can anyone supply me with an address for Elesbeth Donofrey aka Elizabeth Amick. I want to serve divorce papers to her, but she is not responding to any attempts at contact." (8/17/2011 @ 1:39 PM) Angus: "She did reply to the process server on Friday... Paperwork is going to her attorney of record. He will have all the info. needed." (8/17/2011 @ 9:30 PM) TJ: "Sorry to disturb y'all. I had no other recourse that would cost me less than $1000 to find her. According to my lawyer, no she did not respond." Posting this message puts forth that Ellesbeth may be evading you, despite the information given by another member of the household, which calls into question her morals, and has been seen as an attempt to embarrass/discredit her Honor in a public manor, and an attempt to turn members of the household against her. It also calls into question the honesty of the member who stated that she did send a reply and was not evading.

(8/17/2011@ 9:30PM, continued) "...So now I have to hire a private detective. Unless someone wants to earn a cool $500 for info that leads to her location." This act of proposing a bribe to the members of the household for the personal information of a fellow member has been likened to offering a bounty on the head of a Sister within our Family, and as such, is considered Treasonous - a most serious violation within our Household. Furthermore, to think that members of the household would stoop to accepting a bribe for giving up their Sister, shows a disrespect for the household, it's members, and it's codes of Honor. To keep public/household consideration and privacy, you could have simply said that you were in need of said person's address and your efforts to contact her had failed, and left it at that. There was no need to discuss publicly on the Confed Listserve about papers being served, let alone a bribe of money for her personal information. You have done yourself a great dishonor. An act such as Treason within our household cannot, and will not, be overlooked, despite your long standing as a member of the household. Such behavior is unacceptable, and goes directly against the principals of our Household. This matter, in full, will be brought up in serious discussion to the household for an official decision regarding continued membership. You should be aware that several members of the household have already called for Banishment due to Treason. This is in accordance with the Articles, this charge will be leveled against you at the meeting, should you desire to defend yourself I suggest you attend. Should you be unable to attend and wish to submit a letter, to me, to be read into the record in your defense, please do so. hkl712@yahoo.com Honor Not Honors, Lady Elidth the Adopted, Senior Servant The Servants of the Mountain Confederation, September 2011
