OUR MISSION
Asian American Success (AASuccess) is a 501(c)(3) non-pro t organization, whose mission is: 1. To promote academic excellence among our student members; 2. To foster mentorship and partnership between career professionals and our student members; and 3. To promote Act of Giving Back in the Asian American community

OUR VISION
roughout their high school and college years, young people learn the values associated with discipline, commitment, e ort, accountability, citizenship, con dence, leadership and organizational skills, performing under stress, participating within rules, physical well-being and healthy lifestyles, striving towards excellence, and much more. AASuccess vision is to create an environment where professionals and students can learn from each other and exchange resources. From this synergy, an extensive network through team collaborations, partnerships, and collaborative works will develop. Our student members will acquire lifetime leadership skills and establish a pathway to give back to their communities. AASuccess will help student members identify and understand commonalities and di erences in approaches and practices toward their formal studies, career development, and civic life. Each program that we have developed strives to follow our goal of teaching students to become successful academically, professionally and civically, and of sustaining our motto, Perfecting the Act of Giving Back.
