TIME FOR SOBER REFLECTIONS...

*Has anybody bothered to ask himself or herself why we are in this current tribu lation? *How many times have we heard of a baby or child as little as less than 6 months old being raped or killed for rituals? *How many of us engage in gay affairs, men to men and women to women? *How many of us find having adulterous affairs fashionable? *How many of us are into trading in human parts? *How about killing innocent lives via having abortions? *How many of us engage in incestous/illicit sexual intercourse? *How many of us abuse trust of our family, friends, colleagues etc? *How many of us participate in public treasury looting which contributes in kill ing our people softly? *How many of us deny the poor and needy help or assistance when they genuinely r equire it, leaving them to die but end up buying vanity? *How many of us care for the rights of women and children entrusted to us? *How many of us plot the demise of our fellow beings for our selfish end? *How many of us use our positions to frustrate another who has a truthful due up on us? *How many of us sincerely chose our leaders without sentiments or religious bias ? *Finally,how many of us are surprised that we have found ourselves in this unfortu nate predicament? HOW DO WE GET OURSELVES OUT? This calls for "Ar-Rija'i" i.e. Surrender ourselves totally to ALLAH, engage in a lot of DhikrAllah, seeking forgiveness for our sinful souls and returning back to righteousness. For no one, I repeat NO ONE can get us of out of this situati on and back to full prosperity but GOD Al-Mighty. Can we please humble ourselves and do this? Now that is the #1billion question!
