Rigby heard loud noise coming from room 414 West Village F. Room 414 was previously told to quiet down at approximately 12:30 of the same day. The noise coming from the room was loud enough to hear from the elevators of the floor. After knocking on the door for a few minutes, the residents inside said, be quiet the RA is here, shut off the music, put the beer away. Resident John Doe answered the door and asked RA Rigby if there was a problem. RA Rigby explained the music was very loud and needed to enter the room. Resident Doe complied and let RA Rigby in the room. RA Rigby saw a can of beer and so asked the residents to bring all the alcohol in the middle of the room. There were 13 empty cans of beer, half a handle of Captain Morgan and a pint of dragonberry Bacardi rum. Resident John Doe, along with Resident Sally Mae and Resident John Smith emptied the alcohol into the sink at RA Rigbys request. At which time sounds were heard from the bathroom. RA Rigby found Resident Brandon Contro throwing up in the bathroom. NUPD was contacted and Officer Boo Radley (Badge 88) responded. IDs were collected and the Residents information was recorded.
