Failure to utilize family resources for healthcare due to: a.) Inadequate knowledge of community resources for health care maintenance. b.) Inadequate family resources such as financial problem. c.) Failure to perceive benefits of health care services.

After 72 hours of nursing interventions, the patient together with her family will be knowledgeable about how to utilize the available resources that are present in their area as well as the importance of having a healthy living.

After 8 hours of nursing interventions, the patient will able to: a.) Apply her knowledge base on what she learned from the healthcare provider in terms of utilization of existing materials that are present in their area. b.) Impart her knowledge to her family so that they will be aware and be knowledgeable as well. c.) Discuss the importance of having check-up and the benefit that they can get unto it.

Inadequate knowledge on preventive measures. d.) Inability of patient to visit RHU/clinic for regular check-up.

Enumerate the diseases that might develop if hypertension is not prevented earlier. d.) Educate patient on the Do s and Don ts of hypertension.
