1 KPI Each teacher on the project shall receive 75 hours of professional input in situ or centralised cluster and / or zone level training Each teacher on the project shall be visited by the ELT mentor at least once a fortnight Improvement in classroom teaching and learning observations in a year, using an observation schedule developed jointly by the vendors and the Ministry. The observation shall focus on, among others, the following salient aspects : y Effective use of teaching-learning resources y Level and quality of pupil engagement in a lesson y Teacher s assessment and evaluation techniques Improvement in the English Language proficiency of the participating teachers based on the assessment instrument jointly developed and agreed by all the vendors Development of a reasonable amount of quality and suitable resources in print or electronic form that can be used appropriately inside or outside the classroom Tercapai/achieved Tidak tercapai/not achieved Ulasan/Feedback/Comments
