Abstract

As we all know modern women are making their presence felt in all sphere of life and making a tremendous contribution for development of better society and country. Our research reports focus on the women contribution, challenges and future prospects for women role in the present day world that provides ample opportunities for women when compare to earlier traditional world order as (men dominated world only). We the students of PMU analyze the current status of women representation in areas of media and technology which includes the sectors like engineering, Information Technology and medical profession. Computer science and technology have been traditionally male dominated subject areas, which has lead to a dearth of female representatives in the workforce for businesses that utilize technology and computer science professionals. And the conflict happens when demands of family life are incompatible with the demands of work life, often forcing women to leave the jobs. The study focus on scope for better representation of women problems and

empowerment of women status to get the desired results and recognition in all sectors of life in the Middle East and especially in Saudi Arabia . Business Environment has some real issues in employment and education for reaching decision making status and there is enough scope for progressing and establishing the women power in corporate world. We are glad to present our project for challenges, scope and opportunities available for modern day women that include information about the family values, social condition and gender discrimination. And it also shows the opportunities for women to perform their inherent skills and abilities in business establishment
