Is UMPC Medical Center a Rogue Corporation?

Although UMPC is reported in the Press to be a not-for-profit, with a board of directors, in fact, this may not be true. It may be that UMPC Medical Center and Western Psychiatric are de facto, or even, de jure, owned by the Dutch East India Company, also known as The Trilateral Commission. The Dutch East India Company seems to be affilliated with Dutch Royal Shell corporation and the Royal Bank of Scotland. It now appears that UMPC and Western Psychiatric are in fact mafia dominated organizations who are operating in violating of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act and RICO, the Racketeering and Corrupt Organizations Act. It seems that Western Psychiatric and UMPC are trying to be an illegal rump government in Allegheny County. It appears that Western Psychiatric uses trumped up mental health diagnoses to put lawyer, politicians, judges, etc., on a psychiatric ward in order to coerce them to follow the tune of UMPC, Western Psychiatric, and the Trilateral CommissionDutch East India Company which may have ties to the CIA and the KGB. Western Psychiatric, it would seem, terrorizes people, including important politicians, by threatening them with illegal Electroshock with 220 volt ac generators and lobotomies using drill bits or lasers in the forehead to make a person go into a coma, become mentally retarded or dead. It appears that illegal pickup squads are used which employ out of state EMS and SWAT teams. There is at least one reported case where a woman at Western Psychiatric was given illegal Electroshock and then afterwards was mentally retarded.
