Samsudin Hubungan Sikap Perawat dengan Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Spiritual pada Pasien Rawat Inap di RSUD Kota Bandung 2011 5 Bab + 46 Halaman + 6 Tabel + 2 Bagan + 7 Lampiran ABSTRAK Perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang profesional mempunyai kesempatan yang paling besar untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang komprehensif dengan membantu pasien memenuhi kebutuhan dasar yang holistik, yaitu mencakup biopsikososio-kultural dan spiritual (Hamid, 2009:1). Kozier, Erb, Blais & Wilkinson (1995) dalam Hamid (2009:2) menyatakan dimensi spiritual dapat mempertahankan keharmonisan dengan dunia luar dan mendapatkan kekuatan ketika menghadapi stres emosional, penyakit fisik, atau kematian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui mengetahui hubungan sikap perawat dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pada pasien rawat inap di RSUD Kota Bandung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasi dengan pendekatan waktu pengumpulan data cross sectional. Sampel diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Prosedur pengambilan data dengan cara memberikan kuesioner kepada perawat dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa sebagian perawat (62,5%) memiliki sikap yang unfavourable terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien rawat inap dan sebagian besar perawat (56,3%) baik dalam memenuhi pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual terhadap pasien rawat inap . Hasil perhitungan statistik tersebut diperoleh nilai 2 hitung sebesar 12,467 dengan p-value sebesar 0,000. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa p-value (0,000) < (0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan, terdapat hubungan antara sikap perawat dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja, diharapkan perawat tidak hanya mengikuti pelatihan/training dibidang medis saja, tetapi harus diimbangi dengan mengikuti pelatihan/training kecerdasan emosional. Kozier, Erb, Blais & Wilkinson (1995) in Hamid (2009:2) states the spiritual dimensions to maintain harmony with the outside world and gain strength when faced with emotional stress, physical illness, or death. The purpose of this research to know "attitude nurse relationship with the spiritual needs of inpatients in hospitals in Bandung. This type of research is the correlation with the approach of cross sectional data collection time. Samples were taken with a total sampling technique. The data collection procedure by giving questionnaires to nurses and data analysis techniques using chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that most nurses (62.5%) had an unfavourable attitude toward the fulfillment of spiritual needs of inpatients and most of the nurses (56.3%) both in meeting the spiritual needs of inpatients. The result of statistical calculation is obtained by calculating the value of 12.467 with a p-value of 0.000. Statistical analysis showed that the p-value (0.000) < (0.05), it can be concluded, there is a relationship between the attitude of nurses with spiritual fulfillment. To improve performance, nurses are expected not only to follow the training / training the medical field alone, but must be balanced with the training / training emotional intelligence.
