A Study on Customer Service Quality of Banks in India Instructions on Data collection Dear all, The Research study on Customer

Service Quality of Banks is research study to understand the customer expectations and perceptions of service quality of Banks. Within the Banking industry private, public and foreign banks will be studied.

Instructions: 1. The sample size is 150. At least 50 valid, fully filled questionnaires are needed from customers of public, private and foreign banks. 2. The incomplete questionnaires and questionnaires filled in less than 5 minutes cannot be accounted for. 3. Each questionnaire takes approximately 10 minutes of respondents time to be filled. 4. The questionnaire has to be filled in a particular format. First the My expectations about banking services has to be filled and then the Demographic profile has to be filled, then My Perception about the services provided by my bank and About my bank has to be filled in the end. 5. The statements in My expectation about banking services are what a respondent feels an ideal bank would be like. My Perception about the services provided by my bank is about the bank they are currently using. 6. The respondents should be educated and be able to understand the format of the questionnaire and respond appropriately. 7. There should be fair representation of all occupations. At least 5 from each category.
