ABSTRACT

The aim group of our project is teachers, experts, managers and members of nongovernmental organizations which manage programs of primary educational schools, regular and vocational high schools, business schools which give educational diagnosis, educational and business consultancy, family consultancy, academic and business educations. The Covenant of Disability Rights has been accepted by the UNGA in 13 December 2006, also has been accepted and became as a law in 03/12/2008 by the Grand National Turkish Assembly. The aim of the covenant is to promote and provide the full and equal usage of the service of fundamental rights and freedoms of disabled persons.
