ABSTRAK

Proses pembuatan resin adalah proses siklisasi, yaitu perubahan karet alam menjadi resin dengan berubahnya rantai senyawa hidrokarbon dari rantai alifatik menjadi rantai siklik. Pada proses ini dilakukan pemeraman di separator dalam pembuatan resin karet siklo (resiprena35). Dari data yang diperoleh waktu pemeraman bervariasi antara lain selama 3 hari, 4 hari, 5 hari, 6 hari, 9 hari, 10 hari, 11 hari, dan 12 hari. Analisis yang dilakukan untuk menentukan kualitas resin yaitu mengukur bilangan asam resin.

THE EFFECT OF HATCHING TIME IN SEPARATOR TO ACID VALUE RESINS IN RESIPRENA FACTORY ABSTRACT

The process to make of resins is cyclic process, that is process of nature rubber become resins by changing it enchain hydrocarbon compound enchaining aliphatic become to enchain cyclic. At this process use process to hatching in separator at making of cyclo rubber resins (resiprena35). From data at the timing of process to hatching are assorted for example during 3rd day, 4th day, 5th day, 6th day, 9th day, 10th day, 11th day, and 12th day. The analysis use to definitive the quality of resins is to measure acid value of resins.
