Mock Test and Meet & Greet

What to Expect at this Class if you already have a Therapy Dog
This will just be a meet and greet with you and your dog What to bring with you: Proof of Rabies Vaccination Proof of local license/registration (if needed in your community) Copy of your current Therapy Dog Registration You will also need to fill out a Volunteer Agreement and Background Check form

New Dogs What to expect at the Class

Bring everything with you as if you were going to take the test. Therapy Dogs Incorporated (TDInc.) Guidelines: (http://www.therapydogs.com/Become_A_Member.aspx) 4 foot or shorter leash & Appropriate Collar (See Therapy Dog, Inc. 2012 Governing Member Guidelines, numbers 12 and 14 for specifics) Copy of proof of rabies vaccination Proof of negative fecal exam done within the last 12 months (you will need to call/visit your vet to set this up) TDInc. Member Application Release of Claims Form We will provide these forms Current year TDInc. Test Test Evaluation Form At the class we will go over what to expect during an actual evaluation as well as some of the tests you will need to pass. Emergency Management CERT Guidelines to join the Therapy Dog Outreach Program Proof of Rabies Vaccination Proof of local license/registration (if needed in your community) Copy of your current Therapy Dog Registration You will also need to fill out a Volunteer Agreement and Background Check form
