Logos
The West Seattle Christian Church Branding logo options should be reproduced as specified in this document. These logos should never be reproduced any smaller than 1. It is recommended that a clear space of approximately .25 be maintained around the entire logo to prevent visual competition. There may exceptions to this standard and will be determined in each instance. Logo and People Icon (2-color coated/uncoated PMS, CMYK or RGB)
Usage
The 2-color PMS logo is the main corporate logo and to be used in all West Seattle Christian Church branding branded pieces as well as second party usages, except for when a 4-color process (CMYK), on-screen (RGB), single color (black) or knocked out (white) logo is required due to circumstance. The CMYK logo is to be used in place of the PMS logo when 4-color process is the only printing option. Versions of the logo have been provided specifically for printing on uncoated stock using either the PMS spot colors or the CMYK builds as well as for printing on coated stock for each. The RGB logo is to be used in place of the PMS logo for all electronic media applications.

Color Palette
The West Seattle Christian Church Branding Logo may be printed in a 2-color Pantone (spot), in 4-color process (CMYK) using the specified builds and in a 1-color black application for copier output. Builds for web and screen applications are provided as well.

The People Icon uses the same overall rules as the main logo.
*Due to the many variables involved in printing, using the spot colors as specified above is the safest guarantee for maintaining consistency of color. When choosing to use 4-color process (CMYK) to create the spot colors be sure to identify the correct PMS coloras noted aboveto your printer in order to produce as close of a match as possible.
Typography
The West Seattle Christian Church Branding Logo is designed using a highly regarded sans-serif typeface family that is not only extremely functional and readable, but contains emotive distinctions within the letterforms that directly enforce the visual correlation between the corporate Identity and the brand positioning. Cosmos
The Cosmos family is composed of many different weights and styles. Only the light and medium weight fonts within this family comprises the logo. The light italic weight is used for the tagline, Engage God, Engage Others, Engage the World.

Logo Guidelines
Correct Use
This logo has been custom drawn and should not be altered or changed in any way. Only use approved artwork; never reproduce a logo from a black & white, color or facsimile print. The People Icon should be displayed with the same guidelines as the main logo.
Incorrect Use
1 The West Seattle Christian Church logo should never be printed or displayed on an angle. 2 The logo should never be placed within a border or enclosed in a shape. 3 The logo should never be used within a phrase or within body copy. 4 The logo should never be outlined or distorted. 5 Always be sure there is sufficient contrast between the logo and its background color. 6 Never change the size or relationship of the letters.
