    BARANGAY 352. STA. CRUZ. MANILA

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:


    In connection with the sports program in our Barangay which the committee have scheduled this coming summer tournament. We have decided to participate to this fourth coming 1st Open Midget JR Basketball Tournament. The purpose of these league are: 1. To promote the physical fitness program of our barangay; 2. To promote fellowship and camaraderie among the youth; and 3. To have unity among ourselves.

    Unfortunately, due to some financial difficulties, we would like to request for your good self to assist us defray some of the expenses to be incurred during the said occasion. Among others we need uniforms and we need somebody to finance the cost us Four Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php. 450.00) each. A team is composed of Fifteen(15) players. In return, your name will be placed at the back of the uniform as manager of the team and as compliment for your support.
