HOW FAR THE NATIONAL FATWA COUNCIL OF MALAYSIA IS RIGHT ABOUT ASSEMBLY WITH NO GOOD INTENTION (BERSIH 3.

0) IS FORBIDDEN IS TRUE?
Does the fatwa(ISLAMIC LAW) issued by the fatwa council is completely independent and not influenced by the government? And to what extent the reliability and can be applied and received the fatwa is? This is what will be discussed here today.

First of all most of the fatwa issued are in accordance with government policies and requirements. That is the fatwa is not free, and only in the interest of Malaysian government policy and it can be disputed. Most of the fatwa issued by them are haram (illegal). Which of these things illegal? If it is illegal, so what is the penalty in the hereafter? How long will someone will be burned in the fire (a thousand years or a million years?) to be punished and how long will be smacked or beaten by hell angel. In islam if there will be laundering sentence referred to or described to be received in the hereafter. If said illegal without punishment in the hereafter, the prohibition on the matter is unclear and is not valid and may be only for worldly interests and not the true tenets of Islam! Rules in Islam is for the world and hereafter but not only for this world. If only for worldy it is not true islamic law and void the law!

To what extent do the Malaysian scholars of Islam uphold and glorify their fatwa if the law is only in the interest of government. So they are not called real scholar! While the real task of islamic scholars is keeping of Islam and defend it as the heirs of the prophets.

If the Fatwa Council scholars who issued an edict that BERSIH 3.0 is illegal, then I challenge to say the sentence to be imposed on them in the afterlife if they are truly sincere islamic scholar!
