Note: *Please note that it is a full length Four Steps seminar of total 14 days duration in Jaipur. But the last day of each step seminar is double seminar (a full day seminar) and therefore considering this aspect of full day seminar on the last day of each step, IT IS SEMINAR EFFECT OF 18 DAYS TOTALLY.

FEE STRUCTURE

* Last day of each step seminar is full day seminar, so it is effectively 18 days seminar. * Fee includes morning tea, break time snacks and tea and lunch. EARLY REGISTRATION BENEFIT A rebate of Rs. 500/- in the prescribed fee for each step (Rs. 2000/- for all four steps) would be allowed to the participants who register along with full payment of course fee before January 31, 2008. Those candidates who make registration latest by January 31, 2008 with full payment of fee may also avail free dormitory type group accommodation as per our arrangements. CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation of registration Rs. 1000/-shall be levied as cancellation charges. PROF. This course plan could be changed, reduced or added according to the level of understanding by participants and the time factor. * Please also note that four steps are formally divided but practically it will be a continuation seminar CERTIFICATE A separate course participation certificate would be given for Step-1 seminar. For all other Steps, a consolidated participation certificate would be issued only if a participant attends all steps, including Step-1. Non Step-1 participants would not be entitled to any participation certificates for any step whatsoever. STAY ARRANGEMENTS / ACCOMMODATION: Out-station participants should make their own stay arrangements in Jaipur. There are large numbers of hotels of various grades to suit one's budget. However we would be happy to assist and facilitate you in booking budget accommodation (Optional) for your economical stay during the seminar as per the following general price plans: * Twin Sharing Room: Between Rs. 100/- to 400/- per person per day Special stay arrangements can also be made as per your specific choice on receipt of such request with budget indication. Advance payment shall have to be effected once the confirmation of booking is provided.
For the convenience and benefit of the out-station participants with a view to reduce their expenses we offer optional free dormitory type group accommodation for full seminar duration to all those out-station candidates who are willing to avail this goodwill gesture offer by us and get registration before January 31, 2008 by paying full seminar fee. Such requests shall be decided on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis and is at the discretion of the organizers. The late requests for free accommodation may not be entertained. Jaipur being a hot tourist destination and February being highly busy season, suitable accommodation should be booked in advance to avoid any last minute discomfort.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATION SYSTEM It should be noted that special Qualification System has been set out. Henceforth the new system of awarding Bronze, Silver and Gold level qualification status has been implemented. Accordingly the students who fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria for receiving the Bronze or Silver qualification certification would be considered for issue of such qualification certificate. Attending the seminars of Prof. Park Jae Woo regularly is one of the necessary criteria for all types of qualification system. Based on one's previous learning experience level, the participants who have attended specified numbers of full courses/seminars (all steps) by Prof. Park Jae Woo and authorized international lecturer consecutively over the recent past shall be eligible for Bronze / Silver qualification certificate for Su Jok Therapist, Twist Therapist, Smiler and Smile Yoga, provided they submit minimum specified number of fully documented, elaborated and neatly typed clinical cases with detailed description, supported by related diagrams and pictures for of Su Jok and Twist Therapy respectively and case experiences in connection with smile meditation and smile yoga before the Jaipur seminar. SILVER QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE This time Silver qualification certificate would be issued to the eligible participants who fulfill the laid down criteria and submit the necessary documents required in this regard beforehand such as photocopies of previous course certificates and fully documented and typed clinical cases. SMILE YOGA QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE: This year it will be the third time for Smile Yoga. Those who have attended previous two seminars and attend full seminar of Prof. Park Jae Woo this year, they would be eligible for receiving Smile Yoga Bronze qualification in 2009 after attending one more full seminar next year. GOLD QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE 1. Those who receive the Silver Qualification Certificate this year shall be the candidates for receiving the certificate for Gold Qualification next year if they attend full seminar this year. After one more year period

and confirmation of status by 4 criteria, intelligence, credibility, morality and spirituality to be decided by Prof. Park, Jae Woo, they will be eligible to receive Gold Qualification certificate in 2009 if they attend the next year seminar without showing any factor of disqualification of each subject. 2. Full attendance in one recent Six Ki or advance level Su Jok course by international lecturer shall be the compulsory additional course to receive the Silver Qualification certificate in addition to regular attendance for the minimum prescribed no. of times in full length recent courses by Prof. Park Jae Woo. And for Gold Qualification they should attend one more advance level Su Jok course by international recognized lecturer in addition to regular attendance for the minimum number of times in full length recent courses by Prof. Park Jae Woo prescribed for Gold Qualification course & fulfilling the other laid down eligibility criteria. QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE CRITERIA

For receiving the respective qualification certificate the participants must fulfill the above described criteria of attending the specified (minimum) number of recent full courses/seminars of Prof. Park Jae Woo. Also they should submit properly documented and typed minimum specified number of respective clinical cases such as Su Jok, Twist Therapy and case experiences of smile meditation and smile yoga 2. Photocopies of all consecutive recent course certificates (all steps) as per the respective eligibility criteria should be necessarily furnished in witness of eligibility criteria failing which they would not be considered for qualification certificates. 3.
