ABSTRACT

This research project will help the death of rates by traffic accidents decreased with an educational excellence and institutions with efficient management structures to eliminate corruption and prioritize training through the proposed strategic plan. In the first chapters we will learn more about the deficiencies found in the system for the obtaining of an enabling license and in the following chapters by scientific research we will offer a solution, thus be able to contribute with little by little to make this project at the Driving School of Tarqui. In Manabi there are six unions with professional driving schools, which in 2008, 2009 and 2010 were of good economic incomes since the cost per unit license has exceeded $ 2,000.00 affecting the economy of the aspiring Professional Drivers, but even with such incomes they havent been able to give a quality instruction. But the great concern that the community has in our port city is that why in our small city there are two unions with two Professional Driving Schools. This project has as newness the implementation of a proper strategic plan, which makes it possible for the scientific part of the administration from acting in a plane that so far by history has been dominated politically by people who their most preparation was based on guild conquests.
