It protects the pc from overheating. Its size is same as that of pc expansion card.

It consumes power of 12mA from the pc.

An alarm is heard as soon as the temperature exceeds the threshold temperature level.

The threshold temperature level is user defined that may be from 0c to 100c.

IC1 LM35 : It is used as a sensor ,Its operation includes

amplification ,level shifting and phase inversion of the input. IC23130 : It is an operational amplifier used as a voltage comparator .The reference voltage can be from 0v to 1v. IC3555 : It is an a stable multi vibrator .It acts as a low frequency oscillator. IC4555 : It is also an a stable multi vibrator . Its operating frequency is 2.5 khz.
