.1. Brief Introduction

In response to one of briefing, Cell Cycle, complete 3D animation interpret, transcribe was. the scenarios presented to us at the time of Ageing and Cancer, we where required to produce a that demonstrated creatively our ability to and represent complex ideas in engaging and dynamic

.2. Pre Production

- Target Market Research

My target audience are GCSE students whom respond more to a simple and more visual approach to science. For this, the main theme was to keep things simple, clean and light on complicated science terminology while still giving the information necessary.

- Narrative
The narrative followed a 3 act structure to which gave me a base to start from.

Act .1. This will give an introduction to the cell and the cycle.
Act .2. This will be show the cell on its journey through the cell cycle up to G2 phase.

Act .3. The final act will show the cell going off into Mitosis to which will end in a To Be Continued way to indicate there will be another episode to follow about Mitosis.

While doing these, not only was I after an art direction I was also looking for my way into the project. I believe these ended up, somewhat, reflecting me in regards to the science and the simplistic way to which I amble to learn it.

After the pre production was complete, I presented my work to a board of individuals containing my client, Dr. Klappa. The presentation went well and was given positive, constructive feed back to help me along the way.

- Corrections
The main item to address from the comments from the pitch was to add more camera angles, thus I did some quick drawings to address this.
