STATIC ANALYSIS OF A STRUCTURAL PLATE REINFORCED AT THE CENTRE HOLE

SUBJECTED TO PRESSURE FORCES ON FOUR FACES OF PLATE.










1. Draw the 3 D Model using Modeling Tool as per specified
dimensions
2. Select Element type as Solid 185
3. Select Material properties as EX 300000 and Poissons ratio
0.27
4. Apply appropriate BCs and Loads as shown in above Figure
5. Mesh the Geometry
6. Solve the Problem
7. Plot following results using General Post-processor
