Parental Release Form

I _______________________ hereby release ______________________ to participate At the Wardogz LAN Event for the weekend of ______________________________. I acknowledge that games of a violent nature (1) will be played, and the possibility of profane language use from some gamers. I agree not to hold Wardogz liable for the exposure of these to my child. I have read and acknowledge the rules & release form and by signing this agree with it. You also agree to the understanding that we Wardogz*, its staff, its sponsors, or affiliates will not be responsible for you child remaining in the building where the function is, nor the property on which it stands. In other words if your child goes to leave, no one will stop him or her. I also understand that should my child leave after Curfew hours for minors is in affect, that Wardogz will not be held responsible for local law enforcement detaining my child because they left the premises without permission(2) or LAN Party staff member. Please make sure your child has Money for food for Fri., Sat. morning (and evening if not participating in dinner with Wardogz.) and of course Sunday morning.
