1. First go and check the Event Table and find out which job is failed 2. Check whether file was moved to the wip folder of the DML location

1 . Go to web application URL (please note that there is a separate URL for PROD,UXT and UAT) 2 . from system administration tab go to rerun the process and run IDC PRICEFW and IDC PRICE UPLOAD jobs

Go and check in event table whether it is successfull

Escalate to L3 and onsite support
