Participant are require to email the form with the detail to davidyap93@gmail.com before 27 July 2012. Confirmed entries will be responded in a form of email. Entries are served first come first serve basis. Participants are allowed to bring along their own bowling equipment such as gloves, ball and etc. Lunch and transportation are not provided. Participants are advice to present along with their club teacher if possible before 10:00 AM in the morning and the program should possibly end at 6.30 PM in the evening.
