INSTRUCTIONS & RATING KEY The primary goal of this performance review is to summarize for the associate's development all behavior-based feedback provided throughout the year. It is designed to: 1 2 Objectively evaluate past performance in 2009. Assess individual strengths and areas needing improvement and relate those to current and future opportunities to develop the associate in all areas of GameStop's Circle of Life business model: (a) Reservations, (b) New Sales, (c) Trades, (d) Used Sales, and (3) Edge Card Loyalty

Ratings are numerical (1 to 5), with (1) indicating the most favorable performance and (5) indicating the least favorable performance. Each performance area is given a point value based upon the appropriate rating. Enter the number of points for each performance area based on the rating key for the section. Add the points for each performance area for a total review score. The overall review rating is based upon the total review score using the following key:

Ratings must be supported by detailed performance related examples -- i.e., behaviors and outcomes using the STAR-STAR/AR feedback model. Contact your DM for review and increase amount approval.
