Academic Projects MAIN PROJECT : ENERGY CONSERVATION FOR CHARGING & DISCHARGING OPERATIONS IN ROTARY HEARTH FURNACE Description: Analyzing the charging & discharging machines and attaining energy optimization by reducing the number of pumps into two. In addition an accumulator is designed & installed to retract the mentioned machine from the furnace during unexpected power failure. MINI PROJECT : DESIGN & FABRICATION OF MULTIPURPOSE GRINDING MACHINE

Description : Utilizing a single motor to perform different grinding operations in order to conserve energy and processing time.

Design & Modeling projects CATIA V5 : Designed LANCER EVOLUTION car using Part modeling, Surface designing tools & various other commands. : Designed CHEVY CAMARO luxury car using Surface modeling. : Analyzed the Thermal Heat Distribution in the COOLING FINS OF INTEL PROCESSOR and generated the report regarding the same. : Drawn the Cut sectional view of CARBURETTOR and plotted out the drawing with dimensioned appropriately using GD&T skills.
