Vietnamese takes over art space in Tanjong Pagar The former Fine Art Caf has given way to this modern, lantern-lit grey-and-wood space serving big white bowls of pho. Pho Stop sits more Westernised than most with wines like the Burgundian Mischief and Mayhem ($60 per bottle), the Swedish Somersby cider ($7) and desserts.
