Personal Trainer Change is Good


Everybody is guilty of it at some point in time. I admit I get in the same routine I feel is right for me also. Doing the same routine over and over again, day in and day out can have a lot of wear and tear on your body. Your body needs time to recover. If you are one of these guilty people, dont be scared to throw in a new routine. Remember to always take a little rest in between your sets and workouts. If you are a cardio person instead of the heavy lifting, change up the cardio equipment. You will be surprised on the new results. Now, if youre into lifting, this is where big changes come into place. Weightlifters see doing the same routine, same weight as a good thing. Convince yourself to try new things and get better at what youre doing. It is as easy as changing up your angle or even changing the way you grip something. If you simply change a grip it can work different muscles that you wouldnt be working before. Its the little things that count the most and have a big impact on you. Proper form plays a big factor in weightlifting. Doing something the wrong way can severely injure you or others that are working with you. If you feel like you are not doing something correctly, feel free to ask a trainer, that is what we are here for. Remember to be smart while you are at the gym. Use the right form, right workouts, and right recovery time to prevent fatigue or injuries. It took me a little while to convince myself and get used to new things also but once I finally did it, I got the results I was looking for! CHANGE IS A GOOD THING!!
