SUNDAY AUGUST 5 AFTER PM WORSHIP

www.fbcbainbridge.com Pastor Rev. Paul Medley Minister of Music Rev. Art Bruce Minister of Youth Rev. Brian Steward

August marks a time of change. There is the change from summer vacation to being back in school. There is the change of renewing of activities such as our choirs, handbells, AWANA, childrens activities, mission activities and Sunday School promotions. There is the change of Deacons as some rotate off and others step up to take their place. Another change this year will be the returning of mailing the Builder rather than handing it out on Sunday. All these changes are good. All are meant to further the Kingdom of God and to enhance His worship and praise. These changes will begin over the next couple of weeks. Come and worship the Living God as we change to better serve Him. SHOCKWAVE RESUMES
Mark your calendars. August 12th is the date that our outstanding SHOCKWAVE (youth choir) resumes its rehearsals and ministry for the 2012-2013 church years April Aldridge has some outstanding songs and musicals prepared for this year.

WHAT'S UP We are renewing our paperwork and we are asking that any adult interested in participating in the youth ministry come by the church and fill out a background check form. I am also revising the email list and need you to fill out a parent information sheet as well. This helps me get the announcements out to you for reminders. They are available in the office or find me and I will be happy to get one for you. WHATS NEW The Bible studies have already started but it is never too late to join us. I am wanting to encourage men of all ages to take part in the study with the boys. We are hoping to have as many men as boys in the study. Please come out and take time to share some wisdom with the next generation of men. Please see Brian for more information on the boys and girls bible studies. Books are $15.00.
