2.0 Welcome Note by President 2.1 Mohamad Firdaus Bin Harun, the president, welcomed everyone. The president addressed the meeting by a welcoming speech to all members. He expressed his appreciation and thanked to everyone for attending the meeting.

2.2 The president then suggest that we are going to organise an English camp (ECamp), for the standard six students who are going to sit for their UPSR exam at the end of the year. The objective of this activity is to enrich their English vocabulary and also communication skills.

2.3 The president hopes that every member will give their commitment and cooperation in expediting their duties and responsibilities for this activity.

3.0 Minutes of Meeting 3.1 The secretary, Chia Mee Peng distributed and read the minutes of the last meeting. The last meeting were seconded by Ahmad Rafizy Bin Razak, who was the advisor for last meeting. The last meeting were approved as an accurate record.

4.0 Discussion 4.1 The president kicked off the discussion by announcing the future activities in the club. He has decided to organise a camp, ECamp, for the standard six students who study at SRK Jitra. He hopes that all the students from that school can attend to the camp. 4.2 At first, our president, Mohamad Firdaus decided the camp conducted on 7th September until 8th September. This is a two days one night camp. This suggestion is seconded by Chia Mee Peng. The location for this camp will be at Banai Island which suggested by Mohamad Firdaus and seconded by Nurhati. The number of participants limited to 60 participants and each participant need to pay RM30 as registration fee.

5.0 Other Matters 5.1 All the committee members need to go and find sponsors for ECamp. Besides, we need to check all the facilities at Banai Island and clean the campsite. Our next meeting will be on 26th July at 2pm. 6.0 Adjournment of Meeting 6.1 There being no other matters, the meeting was adjournment at 12.35pm.
