My main responsibilities are to analyze and create KPIs to evaluate the performance of each node in the telecommunications network for each vendor and technology, analyze the capacity of each node automating tasks for reporting congestion or unusual behaviors to be able to perform proactive, preventive and corrective actions on the network. One of my important achievements is a system developed in linux bash scripting, using awk that processes information and sends it to a database, also a statistics site which gives a series of tools for continuous analysis based on high value graphics for management to have a wide view of the performance network, also it provides a immediate vision of the performance of each node of the network.
