SOME USEFUL SUGGESTIONS

1. Better results are observed by using squeegees of two different types. For example two squeegees of No. 14 used together in two blotch printing will result in very heavy colour transfer. This can be avoided by using No. 14 and No. 15 by which required colour transfer can be maintained. Likewise other combinations are also suggested. This works better in flood stroke printing. 2. Never allow in any case the squeegee rubber to touch hard surface with the ground parts. This may cause cuts in the surface of rubber and spoil the sharpness of squeegee. 3. Do not print with squeegee rubber that are worn off for the give worst printing results and there is more risk of smudging. 4. The printing details of squeegee given are for general information, Printing results depend upon may factors such as machine, screen, colour and so on which please note.
