2) Time limit for Dance and Fashion Show is 6-10 minutes (each). Music will be turned off after the set time limit. 3) Teams are supposed to submit their sound tracks for dance and fashion show in 2 separate CDs (1 for dance + 1 for fashion show) properly labelled before 6 PM on 25th August 2012. 4) All teams are expected to maintain a code of conduct during the entire event, no fights and altercations will be tolerated. 5) Any misbehaviour on account of the team will not be tolerated and the team, if required will be PENALISED OR DISQUALIFIED from the entire event. 6) In all disciplinary matters and disputes complete authority will lie with the Milestone committee members. Their decision will be final and binding. 7) All the communications will be made to the Captains and its their responsibility to check whether the team is reporting for each game on the scheduled time. 8) In case of late arrival by the team for a particular event, the team shall not be permitted to take part in that competition. 9) It is compulsory for all the participants of every team to come for the inaugural ceremony of BUZZ-HARD. 10) Any member of a team who has been either directly or indirectly a part of designing any of the games will not be allowed to participate in that game. 11) Graffiti designing is compulsory for all the teams and it has weightage while deciding the winner of BUZZ-HARD event. It would be judged on the criteria of creativity, clarity of message conveyed and overall appeal. 12) Graffiti themes would be given on day of Captains Meet. 13) Graffiti is to be submitted latest by 26th August, 7.00 PM and no late entries will be entertained.
13) Decision of the judges will be binding and final. 14) No animals can be used for any kind of promotional activity. 15) Trees and plants should not be harmed during promotions. Use of nails, hammer on the college property is prohibited. 16) No outsider and/or any other student manager except the team members can be used for promotional purposes. 17) Use of vehicles for promotions such as car, bike and cycle is also prohibited. 18) Anything involving exchange of money cannot be used in any promotional activity. No cash handling is allowed. 19) Use of number of printed flex in the promotions is limited to 2. Any team found using more than 2 flexes for their promotion will be penalised. 20) A team occupying the space for adding a banner should also occupy the space equal to the length and breadth of the banner. More clarification for the same will be given during the captains meet. 21) The bottom end of the banner should be minimum 8 feet above the ground. 22) Horizontal distance between two banners should be 3 feet minimum
VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL ATTRACT NEGATIVE MARKING. THE DECISION OF THE COMMITTEE STANDS FINAL
