Talent Profile and Succession Planning in Oracle Self-Service HR and Oracle Succession Planning A Comparative Note

This document describes the features available with the Talent Profile and Succession Planning functions in Oracle Self-Service HR and Oracle Succession Planning products. Oracle Succession Planning is a newly licensable product that is available for customers to use from R12.1.1. Oracle Succession Planning is being released after the base release of 12.1.1 and needs to be applied on top of 12.1.1. Note: Before implementing Oracle Succession Planning, customers must install Oracle Self-Service HR, which is a prerequisite. The following table lists the features available with the Talent Profile and Succession Planning functions in Oracle Self-Service HR and Oracle Succession Planning products.
